What does a tech recruitment agency in the Netherlands cost?
At Chase IT you pay 20% of the gross annual salary for an exclusive assignment and 23% if you also work with other agencies. No cure, no pay and no upfront fees: you only pay once the engineer starts. If they leave within 100 days, we find a replacement free of charge. See our fees (in Dutch).
Do you recruit English-speaking engineers?
Yes. Many of the teams we recruit for work in English. We place engineers who live in the Netherlands or want to work here, always in permanent employment.
Which roles do you recruit for?
Only Software and AI engineers and their leaders: software engineers (Java, .NET, Python), AI and machine learning engineers, data engineers, cloud, platform and DevOps engineers, security engineers, architects and engineering managers. For CTO, VP Engineering or Head of AI we run executive search.
Do you offer contractors or freelancers?
No. We only recruit for permanent positions.
Who will I work with?
Directly with Chavez Peters, the founder. He has recruited only Software and AI engineers for 8 years, runs every conversation himself and only introduces engineers he has spoken to.
