How much does a recruitment agency charge for a software engineer in the Netherlands?
Most IT recruitment agencies charge a percentage of the gross annual salary. At Chase IT it is 20% of the gross annual salary for an exclusive assignment and 23% if you also work with other agencies, no cure, no pay. For a senior software engineer at the market midpoint of €78,000, that is €15,600 for an exclusive assignment.
